Canada Post Strike – Mail Service Disruption Remains in Effect

Utility Bills and Bulk Water Bills are processed on the first day of each month.  We encourage you to make alternate arrangements to receive and pay your bills.

How to access your account balances:

  • Call us: Contact the Village Office, and we can provide your account balance and email you a copy of your utility bill.  If you provide us with an email address, we can email all future invoices as well.
  • Visit us at Village Office: Staff can assist you by providing a printed copy of your utility bill.

Payment options available:

  • Online: Payments can be made through your financial institution’s online banking service.
  • At Your Bank: Payments can also be made in person or by telephone through your bank.
  • In Person at Village Office: We accept cash, cheque, debit, Visa and Mastercard
  • E-Transfer: You can send us an e-transfer.  Use payments@stirling.ca.  Make sure to include your utility account number, roll number, or a message indicating what you are paying for.
