Beginning January 1, 2022, the Village offers a payment discount of 3% to any resident who pre-pays their 2022 property taxes.  The discount applies to the municipal portion of the taxes only.  Residents have until Tuesday, February 15, 2022 until 4:00 p.m. to make full payment of their property taxes.

Payment will be based on the 2021 Taxation Notice and Property Assessments, as the 2022 Taxation Notice and Property Assessments are not available until the end of April.  After the 2022 property tax information is available, adjustments will be made to any pre-paid account.  Adjustments will either be a credit to the account or require an additional payment.
