Notice Regarding Technical Issues with 2025 Taxation Notice and Property Assessments

The Village of Stirling identified technical issues in the 2025 Tax Notices related to tax comparisons and the years on the TIPP (Tax Installment Payment Plan) section. As previously shared, we had intended to reissue corrected notices; however, the software development team has confirmed that the issues affecting the 2024 assessment value and the years on the TIPP program cannot be corrected. Unfortunately, these sections will remain inaccurate.

Please note that the 2025 tax amounts themselves are accurate. Taxes are still due by June 30, 2025.
