Beginning on Sunday, November 1, 2020, the Village of Stirling is placing weight restrictions along 8th Street (from 8 Avenue to 1 Avenue) and along 1st Avenue (from Hwy 846 to 8 Street).

Any vehicle over 9,600 kilograms is restricted from using these two roads.

This restriction is in place to help preserve the recently rebuilt and oiled roads of 8th Street and 1st Avenue.
