The Village of Stirling has commercial space for lease of approximately 1349 square feet. The space has had a new furnace, hot water tank and air conditioning unit installed in 2021.

The space is attached to the Village Administration Office and is in a prime location, located at 229 4^th Avenue, directly across the street from the School, Post Office and central to the downtown core. Any business wishing to enter into a lease agreement for the space is eligible for tenants to perform leasehold improvements.
