The Municipal Climate Change Action Centre is a partnership of Alberta Municipalities, Rural Municipalities of Alberta and the Government of Alberta. They care about how a changing climate impacts Alberta. They provide funding, technical assistance, and education to municipalities, schools, and community organizations, helping them lower energy costs, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and improve climate resilience.

The Village of Stirling would like to express our thanks to the MCCAC for the work they did in our pool over the 2021 season. The old fluorescent lights were removed and new LED lights were installed as part of their Recreation Energy Conservation Program.
