Beginning January 1, 2023, the Village offers a payment discount of 3% to any resident who pre-pays their 2023 property taxes.  For further details, you can find the Bylaw 522-22: Property Tax Incentive Plan here.  The discount applies to the municipal portion of the taxes only.  Residents have until Wednesday, February 15, 2023 until 4:00 p.m. to make full payment of their property taxes.

Payment will be based on the 2022 Taxation Notice and Property Assessments, as the 2023 Taxation Notice and Property Assessments are not available until the end of April.  After the 2023 property tax information is available, adjustments will be made to any pre-paid account.  Adjustments will either be a credit to the account or require an additional payment.

Payments can be made at the Village Office.  The Village accepts cash, cheque, debit, credit card and e-transfers.  You can send e-transfers to payments@stirling.ca.
