Beginning on June 9, the Village Public Works team will start gravelling some of the roads in town in preparation for oiling.  The following roads are scheduled to be oiled this summer:

• 3A Street between 2nd and 3rd Avenue
• 5 Street between 1st and 2nd Avenue
• 2nd Avenue between 2A and 6 Street

Due to budget constraints, there have been 3 blocks eliminated from the original map.  You can view the Road Rehabilitation and Oiling Plan here.

During this process the roads will be “soft” as new gravel will be laid.  This gravel will be left to settle for a week or two.   We ask that you use alternate routes if possible.  If you must drive these particular roads, please slow down and use caution.  If you have any questions, please call the Village 403-756-3379.
