Notice: 2025 Taxation Notice and Property Assessments

In reference to the announcement issued on May 5, 2025 (Taxation Software Issue - Local Notices - Stirling, AB), Administration is working closely with our software developer to address two specific discrepancies:

1. The comparison of 2024 taxes, which were incorrectly calculated at approximately double the intended amount.

2. The Tax Installment Payment Program years, which are currently listed as 2024 and 2025 instead of the correct years, 2025 and 2026.

To clarify, the total current taxes payable for 2025 remains accurate.

Once these issues are resolved, we will reissue the 2025 Taxation Notices and Assessments to ensure that residents and mortgage companies have the correct and updated information.
