Taxation Software Issue

Good afternoon,

1. The Village of Stirling wishes to advise you that due to an issue with our software the “FOR COMPARISON 2024 TAXES” is incorrectly calculated.  In most cases, it is roughly double what it should be.  If anyone would like to know exactly what their 2024 tax were, for comparison, please contact the office @ 403-756-3379.  Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
2. The years on the tax installment payment program are incorrect as well.  They are off by one year.  The installment beginning Jul 15, should read 2025 (not 2024) and the installment amount beginning Jan, should read 2026 (not 2025).
